STUDENT SUPPORT
Support for School — and the Life Around It
School can sit alongside work, family, transportation, finances, and other responsibilities. CCI helps students find the right school contact, understand available academic support, and identify an appropriate starting point when a concern reaches beyond the classroom.
ACADEMIC SUPPORT
Academic Support
CCI students can ask about tutoring, remediation, study resources, and academic guidance when coursework becomes difficult.
Instructors and the appropriate school department can help a student understand the next academic step and where to find available learning support.
- Tutoring and remediation
- Study and learning resources
- Instructor and academic guidance

STUDENT GUIDANCE
Student Guidance
Student Services can help with questions about school processes, attendance or academic concerns, accommodation resources, and finding the department best equipped to respond.
Students do not need to know the organization chart before asking for help. Begin with Student Services or the campus team and explain what is getting in the way.
- School-process questions
- Academic or attendance concerns
- Accommodation-resource guidance
COMMUNITY RESOURCE CONNECTIONS
Community Resource Connections
When a concern is outside CCI’s services, Student Services may help connect students with information about external community resources or refer students to an appropriate starting point.
CCI does not provide housing, childcare, transportation, food assistance, or mental-health treatment. Availability, eligibility, and services are determined by the outside organization.
CCI provides information and referrals; outside organizations determine their services and eligibility.

STUDENT EXPERIENCE
Student Experience
The student experience also includes recognition, campus activities, community participation, and the moments that mark progress through a program.
